Absolutely. You can upgrade from Economic to Daily Driver or Premium at any time during your contract by paying the pro-rated difference in package fees.
We offer free flatbed recovery-based pick-up and drop-off anywhere within the Abu Dhabi city limits for all Daily Driver and Premium plan holders.
Yes. We specialize in German and Italian performance brands. All lubricants and filters used meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Our digital technical system tracks your vehicle’s mileage and service history. Our relationship managers proactively contact you before your next service interval.
A verified Elite Torque service history proves master-technician maintenance and often helps the vehicle command a premium resale value.
All AMC clients receive priority WhatsApp access to a Master Technician during workshop hours for immediate technical assistance.
AMCs are VIN-locked; however, remaining balance may be transferred to the new owner, increasing the vehicle’s resale value.
We use factory-approved fully synthetic oils and OEM-grade filters (MANN, MAHLE, BOSCH) to ensure dealership-level protection.
Contracts may be cancelled within 30 days if no services were used. Once a service is performed, the contract becomes non-refundable.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 01. Validity: 12 months from purchase or 20,000km, whichever occurs first.
- 02. Ownership: Contract is tied to the VIN and non-transferable to other vehicles.
- 03. Appointments: Minimum 48-hour prior notice required for all services.
- 04. Recovery: Pick-up/Drop area limited to Abu Dhabi city limits only.
- 05. Labour Scope: Discounts apply to Mech & Elec repairs only; body shop is excluded.
- 06. Parts: Spare parts costs not included in plan are payable by the vehicle owner.
- 07. Consent: No repairs performed beyond AMC scope without client approval.
- 08. Exclusions: Pre-existing engine/gearbox failures are strictly excluded.
- 09. Consumables: Tires, batteries and body parts are excluded from labour discounts.
- 10. Vehicle Class: Plans are for private usage; commercial vehicles require custom AMC.
- 11. Logistics: Sufficient fuel must be provided for road testing and delivery.
- 12. Valuables: Elite Torque is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
- 13. Refunds: Packages are non-refundable once the first service is utilized.
- 14. Exclusive Hub: All major/minor services must be performed at Elite Torque ONLY.
- 15. Modifications: Elite Torque reserves the right to refuse service on illegal mods.
